Lexi is ready to find her forever home! This beautiful girl is an absolute dream. She plays all day with her foster siblings and cuddles all night. Her favorite things in life? Chewing on her stuffies, snuggling during snack time, and being part of the action.Lexi’s Ideal Home
Dog Friends Required: Lexi thrives with young, energetic larger dogs. She’s the alpha, so she won’t do well with another dominant female. Submissive females and playful males are great matches. Older dogs are fine too, but she’ll need a younger playmate to help burn her energy. Small Dogs: She’s good with smaller pups, but her play style is rough-and-tumble. Care should be taken so she doesn’t accidentally overwhelm or injure a tiny friend. Cats: Absolutely no cats—no exceptions. Kids: Lexi does well with children, as long as they understand that big, happy dogs might knock them over when excited. She’s sweet—not aggressive—just big and bouncy! Training & Manners:
• Kennel trained and house trained
• Can be left loose in the home once she settles in and gets proper exercise.
• Leash trained and knows basic commands
• No food aggression (she’s fed in her crate)
• Well-behaved for nail trims, baths, and meds Quirks:
• Counter surfer in training—keep snacks out of reach that even includes the containers. This girl can open anything from flip tops, to screw off containers and doors.
• Prefers human beds and couches but will sleep in her own bed if asked… while dramatically sighing and throwing side-eye Lifestyle Needs:
Lexi would do well in almost any home—whether you work from home, stay home, or leave for the day. She’s flexible, easygoing, and loves her routine. She’s not a good fit as an only dog. She truly lights up with other dogs around and needs a playful companion in the home. Exercise & Enrichment:
Lexi is not just physically active—she’s smart and needs mental stimulation to match. She thrives with puzzle toys, scent work, and structured sniffing games. Daily exercise is a must: she requires a minimum 3–6 mile walk every day to stay balanced, happy, and the well-established dog she is.No storm anxiety. No reactivity. Just joy, wiggles, and all the love to give. She even loves the vet!Think Lexi sounds like the perfect addition to your family?
